In this lesson we will saw the fret slots.

I use the LMI's Power Slotting System on my table saw. It uses a template that indexes off a pin set into the sliding carriage. The fingerboard is set face down and the template is attached with double stick tape. If you do not have a table saw you can use a manual fret slotting system by Stewart MacDonald or LMI |

Cut the slots to a depth of 0.080" |
